Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025 - 2026 Rec Basketball

We strive to provide a positive and enriching experience for all participants. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be flexible where possible.

2025 Field Hockey

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair with our refund policy. - Full Refund: Available if requested before the second week of practice. - Partial Refund: 50% refund if requested after the second week of practice. - No Refunds: After the third week of practice. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons or unforeseen circumstances at the league’s discretion. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the program coordinator. Please note: Players in grades 1–3 who register on or after August 28 will not be eligible to play games on Sundays, but they may still attend practices. 2025 Flag Football

Fall Baseball (Fall ball) 2025

Payment for fall baseball is due on the date of the first team practice. Fee for all participants is $50.00 Once uniforms are ordered, no refunds will be permitted.
